A uniquely designed assistance program will be tailored to your needs and can be provided for you in the comfort and privacy of your own apartment. 

Our assisted living program is licensed by New York State Department of Health and offers studio and one-bedroom apartments.  A select number of apartments are also available for couples that wish to maintain a common home. 

All apartments at Pine Harbour include kitchenettes, spacious bathrooms, individual climate controls, emergency call systems, and all utilities including cable television.

You will find welcoming and comfortable common areas to enjoy when your friends and family visit.  There is also a private dining area available for family get-togethers or other special events.

Pine Harbour Memory Care is home to individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or a related memory loss.  Apartments and common areas are designed to reflect a homelike environment welcoming to the needs and expectations of both residents and their loved ones.

Apartments are designed to meet the special needs of residents.  Bathrooms are in plain view to encourage their appropriate use.  Kitchens are accessible and residents will be encouraged to continue familiar and comfortable living patterns. The outdoor gardens are beautiful and secure.  Formal and informal activities will provide for opportunities to maintain and enhance a personal sense of dignity and self-esteem in residents.
